Dobbs Manor is a 16-unit complex with (4) two-bedroom units and (12) one-bedroom units. Over $160,000 was spent on renovations. New floors, paint, countertops, and full bathroom remodels in almost every unit. In addition we've made some large capital improvements, including a new roof, and some new siding, and new window unit air conditioners. Currently, this complex is bringing in $11,305/month, but rents are primed for an increase upon lease renewals.
